Event Waiver

Participants must be able to swim 50m unassisted in light clothing.

In the event of extreme weather conditions, a water sessions will be postponed for the safety of participants.

If a participant is unable to attend a session for any reason, that session will be forfeited, ie no make up sessions or refunds will be provided.

As the legal parent/guardian of the proposed junior participant, I have read the Junior Learn To Row program details and understand what they will be participating in. I agree to withdraw the right to make any claim of any kind whatsoever against Essendon Rowing Club Incorporated for any injury or illness arising directly or indirectly from the Junior Learn To Row Program or any advice that I have received from Essendon Rowing Club and/or its staff/coaches.
