Essendon Rowing Club can offer tailor-made Learn to Row programs for your school.

Various schools currently partner with Essendon Rowing Club for their school rowing programs.

Rowing is a great way to introduce confidence in, on and around water. As a low impact sport, rowing has the capacity to develop and increase cardiovascular and muscular endurance, flexibility and strength.

Rowing is unique in its ability to enhance important life skills including discipline, self-confidence, teamwork, and camaraderie.
