Notice is hereby given that the One Hundred and Forty Third Annual General Meeting of the Essendon Rowing Club Incorporated shall be held on Sunday 20^th August 2023 at 10:00am.

Business

1.         Confirmation of the Minutes of the 142^nd Annual General Meeting.

2.         Adoption of the Annual Report and Balance Sheet for the 2022 – 2023 year.

3.         Election of Office Bearers, Committee Members, Auditor, Solicitor and Patrons of the Club for the 2023 – 2024 year.

            Note in accordance with rule 13(3) of the ERC Constitution:

A member is not entitled to vote at any General Meeting unless all monies due and payable by the member to the Association have been paid, other than the amount of the annual subscription payable in respect of the current financial year.

5.         General Business.

The Annual General Meeting will be held at ERC clubrooms with registration opening at 9:30am to allow members to sign-in.
